Here is my Wicked Witch of the West ATC for the Wizard of Oz ATC Swap #8 on Swap-bot. This is the first one that has not been primarily collage so I'm fairly happy with how it turned out. Although, "Surrender Dorothy" should have been written in all caps. Oh well...
This little guy will be hopping on it's broomstick this afternoon and heading off to the cold climes of Erie, Pa!
