The good news is that the temperature is supposed to get up to 75 degrees by Friday. This is just 20 degrees shy of my optimum temperature.
The bad news is that what looks like lovely Currier and Ives snow on the branches of the Firecracker plant is actually the frozen sap that came out as the branches expanded and exploded during the cold weather.
