I now know that no matter how fast one knits, if there isn't enough yarn to make it to the end, one only reaches the end of the yarn that much faster.
So...
As I waited for the yarn to complete my very beautiful (if I do say so myself) Mystic Waters, I started the lovely and challenging Spring Surprise shawl.
These pictures don't do it justice, but a red background (reallocated American Airlines blanket) for a curry colored yarn is hot, hot, hot!
